New Mum and Baby Yoga Class

These classes are designed to nurture the mother and to be a sacred space to bond with your baby each week in a community of fellow women. A safe community space to begin to move again after the journey of pregnancy and birth, building back the pelvic floor and connecting to the core.
These classes are for pre crawlers and suitable 6 weeks post birth (8 weeks if caesarean section birth) no previous experience of yoga required. Expect sharing circles to bond and make new connections, movement for mum and baby, time to rest.
